A 2027 partnership proposal · Confidential discussion draft

Come for the conversation. Stay for the party.

OUTLAWS LIVE! with TS Madison.
Come for Madison. Stay for the night.
Be yourself through all of it.

A 2027 live series where queer joy takes center stage—and Freddie helps make it possible. Intimate conversations. Unforgettable guests. A party worth dressing up for. And millions of opportunities to be part of the story beyond the room.

01 / A community. Its matriarch. An open invitation.

Everybody deserves
to feel at home
in themselves.

TS Madison is a matriarch of the modern LGBTQIA2S+ community and one of the world’s most visible Black trans women in pop culture.

She has built her voice in public: outspoken, funny, vulnerable and entirely her own. OUTLAWS gives that voice a home—and gives her guests permission to be just as unguarded.

The show celebrates people who have been treated as outsiders, even as they change the world around them. That is what makes them OUTLAWS. It is also why a partnership built on dignity, pleasure and care without judgment belongs here.

Madison brings her people

A predominantly LGBTQIA2S+ community, as described by the show’s team, with friends and allies drawn to the same fearless humor and sense of belonging.

Freddie meets them as they are

People deserve care that understands their lives. The invitation can be frank, warm and useful, in a space where being yourself is the whole point.

The connection has a purpose

Give people a night they love, a reason to stay in touch and a private path to Freddie when they are ready to take that next step.

Community description and positioning supplied by the producer; the platforms do not quantify LGBTQIA2S+ identity. Freddie’s approach to affirming care.

The 2027 opportunity

The night ends.
The moment keeps finding people.

Imagine the next OUTLAWS moment everyone sends to the group chat—with Freddie already part of it.

“Presented by Freddie” stays with the episode.

The conversation becomes a full OUTLAWS release. The funniest exchange becomes a clip. Fans discover it, send it to friends and come back to watch the whole thing. Freddie can remain embedded in the original content as it keeps circulating.

Build the presenting credit into the master, keep the brand in the published episode and pair the release with a clear destination people can act on. This is a lasting content association, beyond a logo on one night’s step-and-repeat.

You already know what this can look like.

Jenifer Lewis telling Madison about sneaking in to see Aretha Franklin is exactly the kind of exchange fans turn into shared language. The producer points to its life in memes and GIFs as a creative reference.

Now imagine a Freddie-branded original clip, a caption that invites viewers to learn more, and a collaborative post appearing on both accounts. A cultural moment and an accessible next step, in the same place.

In the episode

Permanent presenting treatment in the agreed master, supported by host invitations and a linked description.

In the feed

Branded clips, caption CTAs and proposed collaboration tags that connect the entertainment to Freddie.

In the follow-up

A consistent campaign destination turns attention into an opt-in Freddie can follow up on.

Proposed rights and placements are subject to agreement. Online availability is not guaranteed forever; third-party reposts may crop branding or omit captions. Meme/GIF circulation is not included in the measured totals.

02 / From sunset to last call

A night worth
going all out for.

1970s Palm Springs warmth. Desert disco after dark. A rooftop full of people dressed like alien superstars have crash-landed at the rodeo.

Think of the joyful, lavish self-expression fans brought to Beyoncé’s Renaissance and Cowboy Carter tours: the outfit is part of the occasion. Desert 5 Spot is the first expression of our world: wood, velvet, city views and the intimacy of being in Madison’s live studio audience. The format can travel into a theater, a larger club or a multi-city series.

Fashion inspiration collage: silver boots, crystal fringe, western hats and expressive evening looks
Dress-code inspiration / original concept imagery. Bring your own interpretation.

The golden-hour arrival

A sunset DJ set; friends arriving in their best cosmic western looks; custom chain stitching, the queer market and the first photos of the night. Leland is the original creative reference for the opening musical journey.

The world comes alive

OUTLAWS-inspired drag: the show’s funniest monologues become lip-sync standoffs, woven into music and performance.

Take your seat with Madison

Two approximately 45-minute conversations, with time for a reset. Announced guests give fans a reason to make the night a plan. Multiple cameras capture the show for later release and a proposed live broadcast.

The floor belongs to everyone

A DJ journey through midnight and beyond. Playful carnival games, a kissing-booth photo moment, custom merch and unexpected performances. Full-experience and party-only tickets welcome different ways to spend the night.

Illustrative run of show from the original Leland pitch, adapted for 2027. Date, hours, performers and venue arrangements remain to be contracted. Music and performance rights determine what can be livestreamed or replayed.

The next step is Freddie’s.

A host invitation, branded clip or linked description can direct that attention to a dedicated campaign page. From there, measure consented contacts, completed intakes and new customers in Freddie’s systems.

Leland expressed interest in the original 2026 inquiry; 2027 availability needs reconfirmation. Honey Dijon and Kevin Aviance are also in the producer-reported interested guest pool. LP Giobbi / Femme House and Bridge are exploratory DJ possibilities.

Guest interest supplied and reaffirmed by the producer. This is the interested guest pool for future programming, not a single confirmed lineup. Dates, format and contracts determine each appearance. Billing order is editorial.

05 / One world. Four ways to bring it to life.

Start with the feeling.
Choose how big it gets.

Madison regularly sells out venues like City Winery and House of Blues on her own, according to the producer. Now imagine the draw of Madison, announced guests and an entire night built around the show.

01 / The rooftop pilot

Be there at the beginning.

Desert 5 Spot LA: an intimate taping, a sunset arrival and a party under the stars.

Planning model: roughly 100 for the taping within a rooftop experience of up to 350.

02 / The theater takeover

Make a weekend of it.

Avalon Hollywood or Globe Theatre: a larger show, a dance floor and a more expansive brand experience.

One night or a multi-night engagement, with different guest pairings and reasons to come back.

03 / The residency

Give the community a standing date.

A recurring home for OUTLAWS: new conversations, rotating DJs and a familiar place to gather.

Season passes, priority access and repeat programming create an ongoing invitation.

04 / The tour

Let more cities in.

Take the format to selected markets with local performers, vendors and community partners.

Multi-night stops and ticket packages can turn a show into a destination weekend—with livestream access beyond every city.

Proposed formats, not bookings. Capacity depends on the final venue layout; dates, ticket packages and tour routing remain to be agreed. Sellout history is producer-reported; published City Winery listings independently establish ticketed appearances. Venue and production references are included in the source notes.

06 / Built around the KPI that matters

Give every audience
a next step.

Freddie should be able to follow the journey from a first encounter to a consented relationship, and ultimately to a new customer in its own systems.

Before the night

Guest announcements, host invitations and a campaign landing page offer in-person tickets, livestream interest and future-date updates. Freddie marketing consent is a separate, explicit choice.

Inside the experience

A welcoming Freddie space, staff who can answer questions, and easy-to-scan invitations. A person can enjoy the party without discussing private health information in public.

After the night

Freddie follows up with opted-in contacts. Released episodes, clips and the replay invite more people into the same journey, using distinct campaign links.

A ticket to the night. From wherever you are.

The event will sell out.
Thousands more can still attend virtually.

The room is finite. The audience is not. A fan in Atlanta should not need a flight to feel part of a night in Los Angeles. A fan who discovers the clip tomorrow should still have a way in.

In the room

Full-experience tickets, party entry and potential multi-night packages. Meet Madison’s world in person and discover Freddie through the experience.

Live from anywhere

A proposed VEEPS broadcast takes fans into the conversation as it happens. Freddie could support access, put its invitation on screen and help the night reach beyond the venue’s capacity.

After everyone goes home

A replay window, released episodes and a continuing run of clips create further moments to register interest, choose Freddie updates and explore care.

Thanks to iHeartPodcasts’ partnership with VEEPS, more people can participate—and Freddie can make the invitation actionable.

Give in-person guests, livestream viewers and future-city fans their own clear invitation to a Freddie-owned destination. A sold-out room becomes the beginning of the digital campaign, not its limit. The broadcast, replay and next-city invitation keep the relationship moving after the room is full.

VEEPS carries the show

Multicamera conversation, live entertainment and on-demand playback are the platform opportunity. The event agreement defines the broadcast, registration, replay and reporting package.

Freddie owns the care relationship

People explicitly choose Freddie follow-up on a dedicated landing page. Track their campaign source, record consent and connect eligible interest to private intake—without treating every ticket buyer as an opted-in lead.

VEEPS is proposed, not contracted. Registration fields, consent options, data exports, promotional inventory, artist/music rights and replay terms require agreement. No VEEPS-wide audience is counted as OUTLAWS reach. VEEPS partnership capabilities.

How the campaign would measure acquisition
StageWhat Freddie can measure
InterestDistinct campaign visitors; registrations by event, livestream and future-city interest.
Data captureUnique valid contacts with explicit Freddie consent, deduplicated in its CRM.
IntentCompleted private intakes and attended consultations, as defined by Freddie.
AcquisitionNew activated customers, using an agreed service-specific milestone and attribution window.
EfficiencyAgreed campaign costs divided by valid opt-ins and attributable new customers.

Current analytics establish attention, not a Freddie conversion rate. Campaign targets, attribution and aggregate reporting are agreed before launch.

07 / Build the 2027 partnership

Put Freddie
in the story.

A presenting partnership across the live experience, the original episodes, the social moments and the invitation to care.

The experience

  • OUTLAWS LIVE! presented by Freddie.
  • A welcoming Freddie presence on site.
  • Guest announcements and coordinated campaign launches.
  • Livestream and replay opportunities beyond the venue.

The content that stays

  • Presenting credit built into the agreed episode masters.
  • Approved host invitations and linked descriptions.
  • Branded social edits, caption CTAs and collaboration posts where supported.
  • Rights and usage terms designed around a lasting association.

The relationship that follows

  • Freddie-owned campaign destinations and explicit opt-in.
  • Distinct tracking across channels, episodes, venues and livestream.
  • Aggregate reporting from exposure through attributable acquisition.
  • A defined healthcare category, exclusivity term and campaign boundaries.

Align the live series, sponsored content and talent commitments around a consistent Freddie presence. Existing obligations and rights would be resolved in the agreement.

Final inventory, commercial terms and distribution commitments are developed with iHeart and the producing team. All inclusions above are proposed.

Many creative ways into one coherent world

The brand belongs
in the experience.

The welcome

A Freddie-supported arrival moment and staffed community space make care approachable without turning the night into a consultation queue.

The conversation

A short, host-led invitation to judgment-free care fits around the show. Guest stories stay editorial; clinical claims and service copy come from Freddie.

The national ticket

A proposed subsidized livestream offer opens the experience beyond the city, with separately chosen Freddie follow-up.

The look

Custom stitching, collectible merch and a dress-code reveal give fans something to make their own and share.

The play

Carnival games, a photo booth and lip-sync standoffs create social moments. Participation is not conditioned on disclosing health information.

The sound

Sunset selectors, headline DJs and local music communities can adapt the party to each city. Sets and broadcast rights are commissioned separately.

Complementary partners can support fashion, beverage, hospitality or music elements within agreed category boundaries. No other prospective sponsor is named or represented as committed.

08 / The numbers behind the story
